 At CCH Outdoor Furniture, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. The following policies are designed to ensure a smooth purchasing experience and answer many of the questions you may have before and after your purchase.

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. Financing is available through our third-party financing provider, Acima.

If, within 30 days of purchase, you find the identical in-stock item advertised by a local competitor within our trading area at a lower price—with the same delivery, financing, and service terms—we will gladly refund the difference.

The following are excluded:

• Online pricing
• Floor models
• Clearance merchandise
• Bonus offers
• Going-out-of-business sales
• Free-item promotions

Outdoor furniture may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it remains in new condition and passes inspection. Exchanges are subject to a 40% restocking fee, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Replacement merchandise must be of equal or greater value and may incur additional delivery charges. 

Accessories and area rugs may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase for a different item or Full Refund. After 48 hours, these items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Used barbecues, outdoor kitchens, and related products are non-returnable. Unused Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it remains in new condition and passes inspection. Exchanges are subject to a 40% restocking fee, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Replacement merchandise must be of equal or greater value and may incur additional delivery charges.

All "As-Is" merchandise is sold final sale and is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, service, or refund. Merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase.

Special orders are products ordered specifically for a customer and are not regularly stocked. Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. If customer pickup is selected, merchandise must be picked up within 72 hours of arrival to avoid storage fees.

Stock merchandise may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to delivery or pickup for a full refund.

For non-special order merchandise:

• Before shipment: Orders may be cancelled subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%, with the remaining balance issued as store credit.
• After shipment but before delivery: Cancellations may qualify for store credit of up to 50%. Customers are responsible for outbound freight and any applicable shipping or restocking charges.

Store credit:

• Is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Is non-transferable.
• Requires a valid credit memo number.
• Cannot be applied to special or custom orders.
• May be used toward outdoor furniture, spas, BBQs, accessories, service, and other eligible products.

• Promotions and sale pricing cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotional and clearance merchandise is sold as-is and is final sale.
• Physical coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or applied to promotional merchandise.

We proudly serve California's Central Coast, including Orcutt, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Atascadero, Cambria, and surrounding communities.

• Deliveries are typically scheduled approximately two weeks in advance.
• Standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Additional delivery charges may apply outside our standard service area.
• While someone does not need to be present during delivery, we recommend it for products requiring assembly or setup.
• Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery and report any damage promptly with photographs so we can assist you.

Estimated delivery dates are based on manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. CCH Outdoor Furniture is not responsible for delays resulting from transportation issues, manufacturing delays, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation without written approval from CCH Outdoor Furniture.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method when applicable.

• Cash payments: Refunded by company check within 5 business days.
• Check payments: Refunded by company check within 14 business days.
• Credit cards, debit cards, financing, and eligible gift card purchases: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, when applicable.
• Certain online order cancellations and returns may be issued as store credit.

Manufacturer warranties apply unless otherwise noted.

Eligible furniture may also qualify for the Montage 5-Year Extended Warranty, which provides protection against qualifying accidental stains and damage.

To file a warranty claim:

• Submit your claim within 30 days of discovering the issue.
• Provide your sales receipt and warranty plan number.
• Warranty registration information is typically emailed within 5 days of purchase.

Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Our goal is to respond to emails and phone calls within 12–48 business hours. Every customer concern is reviewed promptly and handled on a case-by-case basis to provide the best possible resolution.

CCH Outdoor Furniture reserves the right to request proof of purchase and identification when processing any return, exchange, cancellation, refund, or warranty claim.
