Store Credit Policy

• Valid for 12 months from issuance
   
• Non-transferable; requires a credit memo number to apply
   
• Not valid on special/custom orders
   
• Usable on spas, BBQs, accessories, service, and furniture
   

• No retroactive application of sales/promotions
   
• Promotional items are final sale and sold as-is
   
• Physical coupons only; redeemable in-store
   
• Coupons cannot be combined with other sales/promotions or applied to promotional items
   

• Hours: Mon-Sat 9 AM–5 PM | Sun 1 PM–5 PM
   
• Response time: 12-48 hours
   
• Issues handled case-by-case promptly and professionally
   

• Delivery area: Central Coast (Orcutt, Santa Maria, Paso Robles, Cambria)
   
• Delivery scheduling approx. 2 weeks ahead, between 10 AM–4 PM
   
• Delivery fees apply beyond 15-mile radius (standard rate + mileage)
   
• Presence not required, but recommended for assembly/setup
   
• Report damaged items immediately with photos to info@cchenterprise.com
   

• Manufacturer’s warranty applies unless noted otherwise
   
• Montage Extended Warranty: 5-year plan covering stains & accidental damage
   
• Claims submitted within 30 days of issue, with sales receipt and plan number
   
• Sales receipt provided at purchase; warranty plan sent within 5 days
