Each service visit includes water testing and chemical balancing, skimming and cleaning the pool or spa, emptying baskets, inspecting equipment for proper operation, and identifying potential issues before they become costly repairs. We offer flexible service schedules ranging from Bi-monthly to daily, depending on your property's needs. Service Calls

At CCH Pools, we offer system diagnostics for a flat rate of $210. This service provides our technicians with ample time to diagnose the issue and, whenever possible, complete the repair during the same visit. If additional parts or labor are required, our office will provide you with a detailed estimate before any further work is performed. Should you choose to move forward with the recommended repair, a portion of your original diagnostic service fee will be credited toward the repair, helping reduce the overall cost.

Pool & Spa Inspections

Each inspection includes a detailed written report, an overview of the equipment and system condition, recommendations for any repairs or maintenance, and an estimate for recommended repairs. Our goal is to help you understand the current condition of your pool or spa so you can make informed decisions and avoid unexpected surprises.

Spa Moving Services

Need help moving your spa? Whether you're relocating it to a new home, moving it around your property, or transporting a spa you've recently purchased, our experienced team can safely handle the move. Every project includes a site evaluation to determine the safest moving plan. Most moves are offered at a flat rate, with pricing based on accessibility, distance, and whether specialty equipment, such as a crane, is required.

Need help getting it up and running? We also offer optional spa hookup services, including disconnecting the spa from its existing electrical connection, reconnecting it to an existing electrical hookup at its new location, filling the spa, and turning the spa on so it’s ready for use. If the new location does not have an existing spa electrical connection, we can provide a quote during the site visit for a new spa electrical stub-up and complete installation, making your move as seamless as possible.

Airbnb and Vacation Rental services

Keep your vacation rental guest-ready with our professional Airbnb pool and spa service. We offer service frequencies ranging from weekly to daily, depending on your property's needs, to ensure your pool or spa remains clean, properly balanced, and operating at its best throughout each guest's stay.

Each visit includes water testing and chemical balancing, cleaning of the pool or spa and surrounding area, equipment inspections, and verification that all systems are operating properly.

For spas, we recommend a drain and refill between each guest to maintain clean, sanitary water. If guests are staying for an extended period, we can adjust the drain and refill schedule with advance notice while continuing to keep the spa properly balanced and ready for use.
