                                                                                                  Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Cancellations & Payment

Accepted Payments: We accept debit cards and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. Financing is available through our third-party provider, Acima Credit. If you wish to avoid the card fee, you may pay by cash or check in-store.

Price Guarantee: In the unlikely event that, within 30 days of purchase, a customer finds the identical item advertised, displayed, and in stock for less by a local competitor within our trading area—with the same delivery, finance, and service terms as CCH Outdoor Furniture—we will gladly refund the difference. Floor samples, bonus offers, clearance items, going-out-of-business sales, or free offers are not included. We do not match online pricing.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations: 

Exchanges: All outdoor furniture eligible for return or exchange must be in new condition as received (subject to driver inspection) and made within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to a 40% restocking fee and forfeit of any delivery charge. All exchanged merchandise must be of equal or greater value, and may incur additional delivery charges. No refunds will be issued for lesser value items. Used barbecues and outdoor kitchens are not returnable.

Special/Custom Orders & Online Order Cancellations: 

Special Orders: Special orders refer to merchandise not regularly stocked and ordered at the specific request of the customer. These cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.Customers are required to pay in full for any special orders, including delivery (unless they are arranging pick-up or delivery themselves). If so, the merchandise must be picked up within 72 hours to avoid storage fees.

Online Orders (Non-Special Items): 

- Before shipping from the manufacturer: Cancellations are allowed but subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

- After the product has shipped from the manufacturer, but before the customer receives it: Cancellations may be eligible for a store credit of up to 50%. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred, including outbound freight charges. The final store credit amount will be determined based on the condition of the merchandise and total shipping and restocking costs.

Stock Merchandise Cancellations: Orders for stock merchandise may be cancelled up to 3 days before delivery or pick-up for a full refund.

Accessories and Area Rugs – Returns & Exchanges: These items may be returned within 48 hours for a different item or a full refund. After 48 hours, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

As-Is Merchandise: All "As-Is" merchandise is sold final sale and is not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange, or refund. Merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase.

Delays: Estimated delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. CCH Outdoor Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by transportation, material shortages, production delays, or other factors. Order delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order without express written approval from CCH Outdoor Furniture.

Refunds: Refunds for online orders (including cancellations or returns) will be issued in the form of store credit only, unless otherwise stated in writing by CCH Outdoor Furniture.

- Check payments: Refunded by check, issued within 14 business days of cancellation or return.

- Credit/debit/third-party financing/gift cards: Refunded to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days, only if applicable and approved.

- Cash payments: Refunded by check within 5 business days.

CCH Outdoor Furniture reserves the right to request identification or documentation necessary to verify the identity of anyone requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
